This section was created a couple of days before the one year anniversary of the September 11 attacks. Since then it has mostly sat unupdated and abandoned. I'm willing to bet this isn't a complete list of NES games that feature the twin towers, but because of the total lack of submissions for this section, this is the best I can do for now. I would really like to see this list complete someday.

Bad Dudes
The towers are clearly scene in the background of level one.

The Mafat Conspiracy
Distorted as it may be the twin towers are visible in the background of the opening cinema.

TMNT: Tournament Fighters
This scene is shown during the opening cinema as well.

Mike Tyson's Punchout
This was pointed out to me by someone on a messageboard. The twin towers are not shown in this scene. Could Nintendo have known something?

Rad Racer
This one is questionable, as the setting doesn't really look like New York City..

Shadow Warriors 2 - Alexander Ryan
The twin towers can clearly be seen in the background.
